Terms of engagement
These terms apply when you ask Deployvectorgrid to walk a yard, draw a scorecard, or deliver a briefing.
Acceptance
By requesting a walk-through, paying a deposit, or using this website to send a briefing request, you accept these terms. If you are asking on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company. We may refuse work that we cannot reach from Tbilisi or that would require us to guess at records we are not allowed to see.
The work
Deployvectorgrid provides logistics performance tracking as a professional service: site observation, reading of records you supply, visual scorecards, and spoken or written briefings. We do not sell software, carriage, warehousing, or customs brokerage. Prices on the rates page are informational. A scoped figure in writing is the fee that applies.
Your materials
Gate logs, appointment books, PODs, and floor access remain yours. You warrant that you may share them. We will not publish identifiable dwell figures. We may keep anonymised working notes for the period in the privacy notice.
Intellectual property
The scorecard pack and briefing we prepare for you may be used inside your organisation for running the yard. You may not resell the pack, present it as your own consulting product, or publish our pages without written permission. Our methods, templates, and this website remain ours. Photographs on this site come from public image sources and are credited by their original publishers.
Liability
We take care on the floor and in the drawing. We do not control carriers, terminals, labour, or weather. Findings describe the period we saw and the records you gave us. They are not a guarantee of future on-time performance. Our liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Georgian law forbids a limit (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence). We are not liable for lost profits, lost tenders, or detention bills issued by third parties.
Website
Pages may be updated without notice. Forms on this site send a mock acknowledgement for demonstration of the page; a real engagement begins only when we confirm in email or by telephone. Do not send payment card numbers through the message box.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply if you engage us as a private individual.
