Refunds and cancellations
How deposits, postponed walk-throughs, and unfinished drawings are handled. These rules follow the work we actually sell.
What can be refunded
Fees relate to professional time on a yard and at the Tbilisi desk. They are not retail goods and they are not software subscriptions. A refund is possible when we have not yet started the walk or the drawing, subject to the timeframes below.
Timeframe
Write to hello@deployvectorgrid.digital or telephone +995 32 555 3050. For a scheduled walk-through, notice at least five working days before the first on-site day is treated as a cancellation before start. Notice inside those five days is a late cancellation.
Full and partial refunds
If you cancel five or more working days before the first on-site day, the deposit is returned in full. If you cancel later, we keep the deposit to cover the week we held and any travel already bought; unused balance of a prepayment is returned. If we have already walked days or drawn pages, we invoice those days and refund only what remains of a prepayment.
Peak-season briefings have a locked delivery week. Moving that week after work has started is a reschedule, not an automatic refund. We will quote the extra days if the new week collides with other yards.
Non-refundable items
Travel bought at cost for Poti or Batumi overnights is not refunded once purchased, unless the carrier refunds us. A completed scorecard pack that you have received is not refundable because the work has been delivered.
Process and timing
We confirm the request in writing, state the amount, and return funds by the same method you paid where that method allows, otherwise by bank transfer to the Georgian account you name. Processing is usually ten working days after we agree the figure. We do not send cash to a yard office.
No-show
If the named host is absent and we cannot enter the floor at the agreed start, that day is billed as walked. We will attempt one rearrangement inside the original window. A second missed start is treated as cancellation by the client.
Work already started and records
Once observation or drawing has begun, that portion is payable even if you later decide the pictures are uncomfortable. If records you promised never arrive, we stop, bill days already worked, and refund unused prepayment. We do not refund because a carrier ranking is unwelcome.
Deposits
A deposit holds a week on our calendar. It is applied to the final fee. It is not an extra charge when the engagement completes.
