What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, organisation if you add it, the work you selected, the yard or corridor you named, and your message. During an engagement we may also hold the names of floor hosts, email threads, and copies of records you supply (which can include driver or clerk names printed on gate sheets). We do not ask for payment card numbers, health information, or identity documents through the website.

Why we hold it

To reply to an enquiry, to perform a contracted review or scorecard, to invoice, and to keep a limited record of what was agreed. Legal bases under Georgian data protection rules include performing a contract, our legitimate interest in running a small professional desk, and consent where you write to us without a contract yet in place.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become work are kept for twelve months, then deleted. Contracts, invoices, and the scorecard pack from a finished engagement are kept for six years to meet accounting and dispute needs in Georgia. Working copies of gate sheets are deleted within ninety days after close-out unless you ask us, in writing, to retain them for a follow-on quarter.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal details we hold, or to restrict how we use them, subject to the accounting records we must keep. Send the request to hello@deployvectorgrid.digital. We reply within one month. You may also complain to Georgia’s Personal Data Protection Service.

Sharing

We do not sell lists. We share details with an accountant or legal adviser only when a fee, contract, or dispute requires it, and with a client’s own staff when they are the named host on a walk. Hosting of this static website may process connection logs; see the cookie note.

International transfers

If email or hosting infrastructure stores a copy outside Georgia, we rely on the provider’s published safeguards and keep the content of enquiries limited to what the work needs. We will not send a full gate log to a tool you have not agreed in the engagement note.

Children

This site is written for operators and planners. We do not seek details from children.
