What a review costs, and what it does not

Fees follow doors, records, and nights on site. The figures below are starting points for a single Georgian operation, spoken before a walk so nobody is surprised.

A logistics performance review is quoted after a short call about the site: how many doors, whether bonded space is in play, and whether gate logs exist for the previous fortnight. The starting figure of GEL 4,800 assumes one yard, ordinary records, and a close-out in Tbilisi or on the floor. A second site, a missing month of history, or a need to stay in Poti for consecutive dawns is priced as an addition, not hidden in small print.

Carrier and lane scorecards are a quarterly retainer because the question repeats. GEL 1,900 is the floor for a modest set of hauliers on the East–West run. A private fleet with twenty lanes and messy appointment books costs more; a single dedicated Poti shuttle costs less.

We do not invoice by login, by user, or by year of software. Travel inside Georgia is included when the site is within a working day of Tbilisi. Overnight stays at the coast are billed at cost. If records never arrive, we stop and invoice for the days already walked, rather than inventing a scorecard from memory.

Deposits and cancellation sit on the refund page. If you only need a conversation about whether a review is the right shape, write to the desk — that first reply is not billed.

Flagship

Logistics performance review

From GEL 4,800

A scoped yard-and-records review over ten to fifteen working days. The starting figure covers a single Georgian site with ordinary gate and dock records. Extra yards, bonded areas, or missing history change the fee.

Recurring

Carrier and lane scorecards

From GEL 1,900 / quarter

A repeating pack for operators who already know the questions. Price follows the number of carriers, lanes, and the cleanliness of the appointment book you can share.

Focused

Warehouse dwell review

From GEL 2,600

Usually one site, five to eight working days, doors and shifts only. Useful when line-haul is not the argument and the floor is.

Dated

Peak-season readiness briefing

From GEL 1,450

A short engagement with a fixed delivery week. If the briefing date has to move after work has started, the fee is adjusted rather than erased.
